LibraryA place indoors that is always promising peace and quiet is the library. Walls lined with thick books, mostly covered in dust, and long, low tables fill the room. Central ParkOn the lighter side of New York lies Central Park, a large expanse of land that hasn't (yet) been destructed to make way for the city's many buildings. Pathways meander through trees, passing by many a park bench and hot dog stand. Clearings dot the landscape on either side of the paths (and some further away), providing a mostly uninterruptable solace for those who seek it. |
